Dear Statalist users,
I'm trying to estimate a stochastic frontier model for cross-sectional data
using the the -sfcross- command described in Belotti el al. (2012).
Unfortunately the following error message occurs:
<istmt>: 3499 _starting_values_cs() not found
r(3499);
Does someone know what the error means and how I can fix it?
By the way, the same error occurs if I try to run an example provided in the
sfcross help:
. webuse frontier1
. sfcross lnoutput lnlabor lncapital
<istmt>: 3499 _starting_values_cs() not found
r(3499);
Many thanks,
René
