Hi!
I have a constructed a prediction model with the "logit" function. How I can get the sensitivity, ppv, npv, LR+ and LR- for a fixed 5 or 10 % false positive rate?
best wishes Ragnhild B Skråstad
(I have asked a similar question earlier, then I also asked about how I could get the 95 % CI for the ROC curve I plotted from this model, and I got several good answers to how to get the CI, but I still struggle with the testcharacteristica for a sudden
FPR)
