CI is [66.17153%-67.05752%] with a point estimate 66.61711%.
How did you get 65% ? Did you take into account population change? Or
used the 2008 population?
Nick, I guess for rate ratios -iri- is a more straightforward option
then -cii-. Or am I making a mistake somewhere?
