st: options invoked automatically in batch mode

Hi,
One more thing: I could imagine Stata executing certain commands
differently in batch mode. Or that's a philosophical shift? In any
case, I mostly mean that the -fast- option available for a few
commands could be worth being invoked automatically in batch mode. Or
is it already? If not, it would be worth adding in Stata 14 — or at
least a FAQ entry of a collection of things that we might want to do
differently in a batch.
