I am looking for a STATA command (or technique) that incorporate sampling weights when estimating a linear cross-section spatial -autoregressive model with additional endogenous variables, exogenous variables, and spatial-autoregressive disturbance. The basic model and STATA command are explained here:
http://econweb.umd.edu/~prucha/papers/WP_spivreg_2011.pdf
I have survey data with sampling weights that I must use.
Any suggestion is welcome.
