st: Import excel giving a "could not load" error for an existing workbook

Hi Statalisters,

I am having an odd problem with my import excel command. While running
my program, the command will sometimes state that either a.) a file
that exists in the directory with the correct name "could not be
opened" or b.) that it can be open however nothing gets placed in the
dataset and so the worksheet that I call for "cannot be found". The
documents for which this error occurs are not locked or saved
differently than the successful documents. Any ideas as to what is
going on?
