After margins, where I had an interaction between two continuous
predictors, I would like to specify that the two regression lines (for
high and low values of the moderator) have different line patterns.
At this time I have:
marginsplot, cline(lpattern(1 "." 2 "--" ))
....but Stata ignores this.
