The effect size estimates could be calculated easily using weights.
However, the confidence intervals are calculated by finding the
non-centrality parameters of a non-central t distribution that
correspond to the alpha/2 and 1-alpha/2 tail probabilities. I am not
aware of any papers that describe how to incorporate weights into this
method but I would be grateful to be enlightened.
