I typed in Stata
. findit dolca
and got nothing. So, on this evidence you are using a user-written
program that is not universally accessible.
I don't know how a typical Statalist member is expected to diagnose
what is going on beyond the messages you got.
I suggest contacting the author(s) of the program for support or
giving us (much) more information.
