st: Traveltime and Geocode

Dear Statalisters,

thanks to Kit Baum, -traveltime3- is now on SSC
(also -geocode3- received an update)

They replace the commands -geocode- and -traveltime-, which ceased
functioning as of March 2013.

You can use them to retrieve the distance between to addresses or
coordinates (traveltime3), or to retrieve adresses from coordinates or
vice versa (geocode3).

Please read the help files thoroughly and be aware of Google's usage policy.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you should encounter bugs.

Thanks also to Erik Lindsley for extensive support with the insheetjson command.

Those of you, that received an alpha version of traveltime from me
should update it for shiny new features (i.e. returning distance in
miles/km and time in minutes).
