st: line separation between models with - esttab

Dear all
I estimate several models with Stata and I would like to obtain (with
esttab) a single .tex table that shows the different models separated
by a line and possibly a text.
So the final table should look like:
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Panel A: this is the first model"
_________________________
VARZ
X 23**
Y 10
Z 5***
const 20
"Panel B: this is the second one"
_________________________
VARZ
X 14**
Y 1***
Z 52
const 5
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
I guess the append and title options should be the usual solutions but
since I also use the fragment option of esttab (because I use the
Latex trick explained here
http://www.jwe.cc/2012/03/stata-latex-tables-estout/) I do not know
how I can obtain the same structure with that constraint...
Should I use the prehead and posthead options? I also tried with the
option eqlabels but without success
Many, many thanks in advance for your help,
Best Regards,
JL
