I don't know if you use the -parmest- and -eclplot- packages. However,
the commmands of the -parmest- package have a -stars()- option, to
generate a string variable containing the stars. And the -eclplot-
package has an -addplot()- option, allowing the user to display these
stars as an additional plot superimposed on the confidence interval
plot. The online help for -parmest- and -eclplot- contain references to
various presentations and Stata Journal articles on the use of -parmest-
and -eclplot-.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes
Roger

Hello,
Is there a simple way to add significance stars to the various plots (e.g., bar graphs, line graphs, etc.)? For instance, if I wanted to have a bar chart comparing the mean years of education between men and women, is there a way to put a star (or two) on top of the female bar to denote a significant difference?
Thanks,
Alex
