Robert you should be able to find those strings in oglm.ado. Just search for them. One is a property on the program command and the other is a standalone command. Make sure you have the most recent version of oglm available from SSC. 

I mindlessly added those lines because people at Stata Corp told me too. Whether they have anything to do with your problem I don't know.
