Yes, thanks.
I've seen that reference, but I'm still unclear whether the main equation should be estimated as a probit with IVs or with the standard IV model.
That said, I'm assuming Ch 20 in the 2nd ed of Wooldridge may have more answers...my copy is on order and should arrive shortly.
