With many thanks as ever to Kit Baum, -sfcross- and -sfpanel- has been updated on SSC.
Melvyn Weeks and Daniel Singh discovered a bug in the post-estimation
computations of (in)efficiency after -sfpanel- estimation using -model(bc92)- and
-model(kumb90)-. Many thanks to them.
Moreover, in a previous thread on Statalist (see link below), there was a discussion
on cost efficiency scores greater than one for the -xtfrontier- command.

To remove any doubt on that matter, the updated version of -sfpanel- and -sfcross-
(and related post-estimation commands) follow the definitions of technical and
cost (in)efficiency given in Kumbhakar and Lovell (2000).
-ssc install sfcross, replace- and -ssc install sfpanel, replace- to get the updated versions.
