With many thanks as ever to Kit Baum, -lognfit- has been updated on SSC
(details below).
Carsten Schroeder discovered a bug in the (optional) post-estimation
calculations of Lorenz ordinates. Thanks to him. The bug also affected
post-estimation utility -lognpred- which is part of the -lognfit-
package. That is also fixed, and the help files revised.
-ssc install lognfit- or -adoupdate lognfit, update ssc- to get the
updated version.

TITLE
'LOGNFIT': module to fit lognormal distribution by maximum
likelihood
DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR(S)
lognfit fits by ML the 2 parameter lognormal distribution to
sample observations on a random variable. lognpred calculates
statistics summarizing a lognormal distribution which has been
fitted using lognfit. Unit record data are assumed (rather than
grouped data).
