My first guess would be that you used either factor variables or
time-series operators in the mlogit command, and if so prchange
cannot handle them. But show the exact syntax of your commands. If
possible, a replicable example would be nice.

Dear statalist,
I estimate a multinomial logit model and then I want to get the
marginal changes for the probabilities, thus I use prchange.
Then I get the following error (i.e. prchange does not execute correctly).
. prchange
factor variables and time-series operators not allowed
r(101);
Anyone had this problem before and has a suggestion on how to solve
it? Couldn't find something on the net..
Thanks a lot in advance
Best,
Andreas
P.S. : I am using Stata 12 on a Mac OS X version 10.7.5
