William's advice is very much to the point.
In cases like this I suspect an incomplete download, namely that you
did not download all the -cmp- files correctly. Use -ssc inst cmp,
replace- for best results. Don't download using a browser.
If that does not solve your problem, you will need to give us much
more information.
