The problem will be the post-estimation commands, which may or may not
rely on information from the factor variable notation. Worse, these
could give you plausible looking results that are still wrong. For
example I would no longer trust -margins- and -marginsplot- with this
settup. I strongly recommend that you fix your "local admin problem"
rather than continue in this extremely fragile settup.
