st: interpreting marginal effects after ivpois

Dear all,
I ran mfx after ivpois and not sure how to interpret the results
I received (for example):
y = Linear prediction (predict)
= 1.1915456
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
variable | dy/dx Std. Err. z P>|z| [ 95% C.I. ] X
---------+--------------------------------------------------------------------
age | -1.3343 .49789 -2.68 0.007 -2.31022 -.358511 3.47479
Does it mean that an increase of 1 year decreases the number of events
in 1.3343?
what does the the = 1.1915456 stand for?
Thanks,
Anat
