Many users submit their ados to the SSC archive (Boston College). The
archive is maintained by Kit Baum, who you can send your ado including
a help file. He has a site with detailed explanantions on how you
submit material here: http://repec.org/bocode/s/sscsubmit.html
Also read the Statalist FAQ on ados and user contributions:

Dear Listers,
People in China always find it very slow to access information
through Yahoo! Finance, thus the program written by by Mehmet F. Dicle
and John Levendis (fetchyahooquotes.ado ) cannot run efficiently here.
Collaborated with Dr. Zhang Xuan, I follow Mehmet and John's program
and design a new code called cntrade.ado which can fastly download
stock trading data. Since many universities in China do not have
access to expensive stock data service, my code can help people,
especially students a lot. This code will also make Stata more
desierable in China. I thus want to publicity my code but how? Can
anyone please give me some hints?
