You should read the statalist faq to start.

You'll note that in section 2.2 you're asked not to send attachments to the
list.
You are more likely to get useful answers if you clearly describe the data
you have (most people are not going to be familiar with your particular data
set), what output you are attempting to generate, what syntax you have used
to try to generate that output, and what problems you have encountered.
Judging from your attachment I think you are actually looking to create a
graph, not a table. In which case -help graph- and the graphics manual are
probably excellent places to start.
