The -divide()- function referred to from -rpnfcn- (SSC) is
real matrix divide(real matrix x, real matrix y)
{
return(x :/ y)
}
This doesn't appear to be needed at all for the purposes of -spgmmxt-,
and elementwise division could just be implemented by :/ (which is
built-in to Mata, as Mata users will know).
