I have a variable (ex. City name) and I'm trying to clean it up. I have the same city entered in as all lowercase, first letter capitalized or all upper case. Is there a way to force them all into upper or lower case? I've tried the "lower" command but it was not recognized. I'm using version 11. Thank you for your time.
