st: Interpretation - margins - command and tobit model

Hello,
I am running a tobit model. I would like to interpret marginal effects computed using the -margins- command. My model is the following:
- tobit ln_y x1 x2 i.x3, ul robust cluster(distance) -
Where x3 is a dummy variable,
With,
- margins x3, atmeans -
I obtained the following results:
x3 | Margin
0 | 3.78
1 | 4.95
How can I interpret this ? My attempt:
Y is 1.17 (4.95-3.78) unit higher when x3 = 1 than when x3 = 0 -- with average values on other explicative variables. Is this correct?
Thank you very much for your help.
