Yuval Hey,
I ran the ivtobit with Newey's two step estimator which is not a
maxiumum likelihood.
The chi-sq. stat. is highly significant, and trying what Austin
Nichols has suggested
(http://www.stata.com/support/faqs/statistics/r-squared/) resulted
with R2 of 0.12 which is not that bad for my kind og data.
so I guess I can "live" with the results.
Thanks Much and Best regards,
Anat
