st: Contract/Collapse Combination Continued

Perhaps I should clarify. My data is like this
X1 X2 X3 . . . X14 X15 ENTERCOLL
25 13 0 . . . 11 3 1
33 2 1 . . . 27 -8 1
22 11 1 . . . 15 3 0
and so on for millions of lines of individual level data. The
challenge is to turn this into where Brandon started, and do so
without ending up with mis-matches. Mis-matches are easy because
several variables are multi-integer valued, and not all combinations
will have non-zero counts of cases in every condition (ENTERCOLL=0
*and* ENTERCOLL=0).
So, my question was trying to see if one could contract/collapse the
individual-level data to make it look like Brendan's data, and do so
such that one line contained counts of both the ENTERCOLL=0 and
ENTERCOLL=1 cases.
I hope this clarifies. Thanks a bunch for your note and for any
additional assistance.
Sam
