Dear Maarten,
thanks for your help and your article on stata tip 106 which is absolutely usefull.
However, concerning plotting the conditional effect, I am afraid that -marginsplot- is not working
because I am using Stata11 and have no chance to get Stata12 which seems to be necessary to run this command.
So how can I handle the problem in Stata11?
