Not sure if this is what you mean but if you are navigating a do-file or working in Stata's command window, command + left arrow / command + right arrow get you to the beginning / end of a line respectively (while command + up arrow / command + down arrow get you to the top / buttom respectively)
If you want to want to break an on-going operation, just type q
