This is most likely a Windows, not Stata, issue (assuming from your filepath alone that you have Windows, but we don't know which version). Past threads on this same issue (examples provided below) with Windows have mentioned solutions such checking the Properties of the file and/or directory to uncheck the 'read-only' box, checking user permissions, changing permissions manually from the command line, or saving things to a new directory.
