Hi Austin,

Thanks for the reply. I have to admit, however, that I'm not sure how to go from that equation to a series of actions within Stata (to produce EB mean predictions). Are you aware of a practical guide? In the second edition of their "Multilevel and Longitudinal Modeling Using Stata," Rabe-Hesketh and Skrondal note that calculating the EB mean predictions after a logistic random intercept model isn't possible with Stata's -xtmelogit- (p. 459). But since that edition was published in 2008, I thought I would check with Statalist to see if anyone knew of any advances along those lines (using -xtmelogit-, -gllamm-, or some other command).

Best,
Kyle
