st: Filling in Bar Graphs with different texture/patterns/gradients

I am making a simple bar graph figure that needs to distinguish
between different groups of data. I initially used different color
schemes to distinguish between the different groups of data. However
since the figure will be used for submission in a black and white
journal, we would like to use different texture/pattern/or gradient
schemes to fill in the bar graphs to distinguish between the different
groups of data. Is there an easy way this can be done in stata?
Thanks,
Shawn
