st: FAQ on subpop estimation missing equations

Folks, in the FAQ "http://www.stata.com/support/faqs/stat/subpopulation-estimation.html#stratified_missing" there are references to equations in the Survey Data Reference Manual that appear as "equation 1" in the text of the FAQ. See section 4 of the FAQ, "Subpopulation estimation from the technical point of view."
Rather than guess which equations are referred to, can anyone point me to them?
Many thanks,
Cathy Antonakos
