That's more information; someone has a better chance of saying something useful.
But -dwstat- is an out-of-date command. If you are using some version of Stata earlier than 12, you are expected to say what it is.
Also "did not work": what does that mean?

I am using Tobit method, I use autocorrelation to test for correlation
among Tobit method, but when I used ;
tsset year, yearly
dwstat
They did not work with my data, so I do not how to do that.
Therefore, I have no idea which command that I need to use to test for
autocorrelation.
