StataCorp currently supports Stata 11 and Stata 12, so the oldest NetCourse
Nows that we offer is for Stata 11:

Every Stata release contains new features and updates to the current syntax
that are incorporated into the current NetCourses. Old releases of Stata will
report errors when they try to run the new features found in the lectures and
exercises.
