Thanks, Maarten. Your response is helpful. The zoib model program is
the one you've written.

For the 0<DV<1 model in zoib, since there is no rpr option in zoib, I
assume that the expotentiated coefficient (calculated by hand) is rpr.
Correct?

In zoib model,  is it possible to do model comparison (compare a null
model and an alternative model)? If yes, how?
