Subject: tabout incorrect frequencies
Hi,
Whilst using tabout to create latex tables I noticed that some of the frequencies are incorrect.
So a situation where I have such an issue is where a variable has all missing values.
A small amount of background here; so in the example below I'm tabulating how aetiologies were identified, by bloods, biopsy or other. These are all bools, so either 0 or 1 (or missing).
There are actually 5 patients that have blood = yes, and both AetHepC_biopsy and AetHepC_oth are completely missing. The tabulated frequencies correctly report the 5 bloods = yes but also report that there are 5 biopsies= yes and 5 others= yes when in fact they're both missing.
Apologies for the long-winded explanation - has anyone else had this issue?
tabout AetHepC AetHepC_blood AetHepC_biopsy AetHepC_oth using temp.tex, rep ///
c(freq col) f(0 0) clab(N %) ///
style(tex) bt font(bold) wide(22) ///
topstr(9cm) botstr(Temp data) one
Best regards,
Richard
