net from "http://www.imperial.ac.uk/nhli/r.newson/stata12/";and selecting and installing -punaf-. The new version adds a new option -atzero()-, which specifies Scenario 0 just as -atspec()- specifies Scenario 1. Therefore, the -punaf- package can be used to estimate rate ratios between 2 fantasy scenarios using a logit, probit or loglinear model, such as a fantasy world in which everybody smokes and a fantasy world in which nobody smokes. Previously, we could only compare fantasies with reality.
I will send this new version to SSC when Kit Baum returns. Let me know if there are any problems.
