Thanks for the appreciation. I have now uploaded a more permanent Stata
12 version of -punaf-, which you can download from my website by typing,
in Stata,
net from "http://www.imperial.ac.uk/nhli/r.newson/stata12/"
and selecting and installing -punaf-. The new version adds a new option
-atzero()-, which specifies Scenario 0 just as -atspec()- specifies
Scenario 1. Therefore, the -punaf- package can be used to estimate rate
ratios between 2 fantasy scenarios using a logit, probit or loglinear
model, such as a fantasy world in which everybody smokes and a fantasy
world in which nobody smokes. Previously, we could only compare
fantasies with reality.
I will send this new version to SSC when Kit Baum returns. Let me know
if there are any problems.
