I am fitting the following models expecting to get the same standard
errors but they are slightly different. Can some one explain the
reason for this?

xi, noomit: regress logsize i.days ozone dayXozone if year == 88, noconstant
xi, noomit: xtgee logsize i.days ozone dayXozone if year == 88,
noconstant corr(independent)

Thanks,
Raphael
