Hi, Statalisters,
The program -outreg2- has worked like a charm with regression
coefficients and marginal effects that are calculated by -mfx-.
However, -outreg2- appears to not take the results that calculated by
-estat mfx- when I used the same syntax as for results from -mfx-; e.g.
outreg2 using "C:\Myresults", mfx excel after I ran -estat mfx-
following the estimation by -aslogit-, it gave the error message "matrix
e(Xmfx_dydx) not found; need to run mfx first".
This is probably expected because -mfx- saves the results in e-return
class, while -estat mfx- saves the results in r-return class.
I tried to use the subcommand addstat() to -outreg2-, but I am not sure
exactly how to use it.
I would very much appreciate any experts would provide any tips on how
to output the marginal effects results from -estat mfx- into an
Excel/Word like -outreg2- does it so beautifully.
Thank you very much for your help,
Bo MacInnis
