I forgot to mention that the -senspec- packages can be downloaded from SSC using the Stata -ssc- command in Stata. However, the -findit- command should also find -senspec-.

Best wishes

I personally use the -senspec- package, which computes sensitivity,
specificity and/or false positive rate in variables, which you can then
graph using -twoway line-.

I hope this helps.

Hi,

I am calculating ROC AUC statistics to compare logistic regression
models from complex survey data, using the somersd command.
I was wondering if anybody knows a way of drawing a ROC curve graph to
viusally compare several curves after I have run the somersd command.

Thanks in advance,
