Stata 12's documentation updates are excellent, humorous, and honest as usual, e.g.,:

"The SEM way of describing models is deceptively simple. It is deceptive because the machinery
underlying SEM is sophisticated, complex, and sometimes, well, at least temperamental if not mercurial,
and it can be temperamental both in substantive statistical ways and in practical computer ways."
