Hello eric ,Buis,Phil,= and Nic, thanks for your support!.I have installed statsweave and it runs except that it cannot generate the required output. Installations: OS: Windows 7 home edition Step 1: installed statweave in the following path C:\statweave Step 2: Miktex 2.8 and Stata11 are installed in the following path: C:\Program Files (x86)\MiKTeX 2.8\miktex\bin C:\Stata11 Step 3: In the last step of language, I directed to the above path:??????? Step4: Running in graphical, the following error occurs StatWeave version 0.90_16 - 23 June 2009 Loading configuration information from C:\statsweave\statweave.cfg Weaving source file "C:\Users\User\Desktop\Test\Stata-test.swv" ... Result target type: pdf Running StataEngine on Stata-test-StataEngine.do There was an error - see .log for details ERROR -- Text file "C:\Users\User\Desktop\Test\Stata-test-StataEngine.log" not found Output of the log running C:\Stata11\profile.do ... invalid file specification r(198); does It mean that it sends direct with .swv extension?
