Say you have the following data on an individual:

(1) Current Year of Observation
(2) Age
(3) Quarter of Year Born

For example, you may know that an individual was observed in 2005, is
25, and was born in the first quarter. But you do not know the year in
which he was born.

I need the most accurate way to estimate the individual's year of birth.

Any suggestions are welcome and strongly encouraged!

Thanks,

Don
