Dear Statalist,
I need to make my model over-identified, starting with two instruments, since
I want to interact my endogenous variable with some other variables. I read in
previous discussions that it is possible to create new instruments by making
some transformation on the available ones. Could you please indicate to me some
references thus I can study how to adapt properly this tecnique to my model?
