Reply to Austin and Nick.
I thought Stas was referring to another book. I am one of those waiting for Austin's book to be published becaause I started using Stata as software for my applied econometric courses this current academic year.
I am too far away from Chicago to participate in the Stata meeting there, Austin. Couldn't you post a table of contents of your book on your website, even if provisional?
Any idea when will it appear?

Eric <[email protected]>:
I still have a book in the q:
http://www.statapress.com/forthcoming.html
Stas refers to a printed draft from September 2009, which I have foolishly fiddled with around the margins for a long time.
Ask me in person for more details, if you go to http://stata.com/meeting/chicago11/
