I'm going to do the opposite--spend more time working in France and more time eating and sleeping in Japan--and recruit others to do likewise. Eventually we'll even out the differences.
I just need to settle on a motto. Either
"Our work is important; our goal is insignificance."
or
"When in Rome do as Koreans do."
