Note too that the SSC description of the program is apparently in
error. SSC says the program requires Stata version 9, when in reality
it apparently requires Stata 10 or higher. Ideally, users should have
the latest and greatest version of Stata, but programmers should also
be careful that their documentation on program requirements is
correct. If they aren't, then Kit should withhold the royalties they
get from the sales of their programs on SSC. :)
