st: How do I get infant and child mortality rates from DHS data set using STATA

I am trying to reproduce the infant and child mortality rates 0-4 and 5-9 years
before the survey from the Kenya 1998 DHS, but i do not know how to go about it
in stata though i know the demographic procedures involved.
