st: A general heteroskedastic tobit model?

Is there anyone who know the commands for fitting a general
heteroskedastic tobit model (without a random effect)? My models are
using xttobit command and there is an evidence for heteroskedasticity. I
need to compare my estimates to a general heteroskedastic tobit model,
but I am unsure about which command I need to use. Is this just a pooled
tobit model? (tobit) Hope I can get a clue....thanks, E. Yoo
